Agents will drive sales through inbound calls, using a consultative approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their healthcare needs.

Reach out to prospective Medicare beneficiaries, answer initial questions, and schedule consultations to discuss their healthcare coverage needs.

Educate clients on Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, as well as plan options, premiums, provider networks, prescription drug coverage, and additional benefits.

Qualify and guide individuals in selecting Medicare plans that suit their needs.

Ensure all client enrollments comply with CMS regulations, carrier guidelines, and ethical sales standards

Assist clients before, during, and after enrollment by answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping with plan-related issues.

Use CRM systems and Medicare enrollment platforms to maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and process applications efficiently

Stay current with CMS regulations, carrier guidelines, and annual Medicare updates while conducting all sales activities ethically and compliantly

Develop lasting relationships with clients by providing annual plan reviews and ongoing support during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
🪪 Active Health Insurance License
Hold a valid resident or non-resident Health & Life Insurance License in the states where you plan to sell Medicare products.
🎓 AHIP Certification
Complete the AHP Medicare training and certification for the current plan year.
📖 Carrier Certifications
Successfully complete each insurance carrier's required product certifications (Humana, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Devoted, etc.).
📝 Contracting & Appointment
Complete the contracting process and receive appointments with the insurance carriers you will represent.
🛡️ Errors & Omissions (E&O) Coverage
Agents must be covered by an approved Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance policy. Our agency provides E&O coverage for eligible contracted agents.
💻 Agency Onboarding
Complete your agency onboarding, including CRM setup, email and phone system access, compliance training, sales platform access, and enrollment system access.
📚 Medicare & Compliance Training
Complete all required CMS and carrier compliance training before selling Medicare plans.
📞 Sales Readiness
Participate in product training, system training, and coaching to ensure you're prepared to assist Medicare beneficiaries confidently.
✅ Ready to Sell
Once all licensing, certifications, contracting, and onboarding requirements are complete, you'll be ready to begin assisting clients with Medicare plan options.
